Our neighbor has consistently poked things where they don't belong. Her shirt is always crawling up her back. She parks like crap. She adopted a great dane from a shelter. The dog weighed 200 pounds and she lives in an apartment that is probably 800 Sq. ft. at best. The dog "just got away from her" one day. That poor dog.
